How do I get a copy of our indentures?
Prior to making any changes to your home, it is best to refer to our indentures to be sure that your project meets our HOA restrictions. Also, it is typically required to pass a copy of the indentures on to the new homeowners when selling your home.
How do I submit a request for approval of my home-improvement project?
Please submit your approval request to HOASanctaMaria@gmail.com. Once received, our members will vote and respond accordingly. We need a 2/3 vote to approve and we strive to have a quick turnaround. After receiving approval, please remember to submit your request for your St. Louis County permitting (often handled by your contractor).
How do I make a complaint?
If you are aware of an issue that needs to be remedied (down trees, abandoned vehicles, neglected yards), please contact us by email to bring the issue to our attention. We are happy to review the request and hopefully find a remedy for all parties.
How do I report a streetlight in need of replacement?
Contact Ameren UE at 1.800.552.7583 with the address of the streetlight in need of repair.
